With over 13 years of distinguished experience in litigation and dispute resolution, Mr. Saxena’s legal journey began under the mentorship of a respected Advocate-on-Record, who served as Standing Counsel for the Union of India before the Supreme Court. He went on to hone his expertise with reputed law firms, handling complex and high-stakes matters across diverse legal arenas.
A graduate of the prestigious Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Mr. Saxena has independently led landmark cases before the Supreme Court of India, multiple High Courts, the NCLT/NCLAT, arbitral tribunals, and consumer forums. His advocacy has delivered precedent-setting judgments from the Supreme Court, particularly influencing arbitration jurisprudence in India.
He has represented leading Public Sector Undertakings in large-scale infrastructure and construction arbitrations, while also advising private clients in corporate insolvency and high-value consumer disputes before the NCDRC. His corporate advisory work spans the renewable energy sector, where he has guided businesses on commercial structuring, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.
In addition, Mr. Saxena brings a solid track record in matters involving criminal jurisprudence, especially white-collar crime, blending strategic insight with a results-driven approach.
